New Castle County Head Start, Inc. Hosted 4th Annual Safety Fairs
(Newark, Del.) During the month of November, New Castle County Head Start, Inc. hosted Safety Fairs at all eight centers in memory of former Head Start students, Elijah and Alyssa Rivera Kupchinski, who were tragically killed in a car accident on May 25, 2011.
