(Newark, Del.) New Castle County Head Start, Inc. presented staff awards and welcomed new hires at its annual in-service meeting on September 11, 2013 at the Chase Center in Wilmington, Delaware. Each year the agency recognizes staff members for their long-term service and dedication to the organization. This year the agency was honored to present a 35 year service award to Otila Butler. The award winners are as follows:
