Head Start students receive hands-on science training from the Delaware Museum of Natural History through a PNC Foundation grant
(Wilmington, Del.) – New Castle County Head Start, Inc. students participated in a hands-on science activity led by Paula Holloway, Director of Education for the Delaware Museum of Natural History, at the Manor Park center on January 4, 2012. Museum experts provide science training at all nine New Castle County Head Start, Inc. through a PNC Foundation grant to the Delaware Museum of Natural History totaling $103,000. Also attending were Nick Marsini, Regional President for PNC Bank Delaware, and Halsey Spruance, Executive Director for the Delaware Museum of Natural History.
