Teacher - Associate or Bachelor Degree with concentration in Early Childhood Education/ Child Development.OR Associate or Bachelor Degree in related field with/plus 15 credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development. Related field means: elementary education, special education, family studies, human services, and social work. 15 credits: may be included within degree or as additional college course work
Compensation - $18.11 per hour (AA degree) – Full Day
$19.61 per hour (BA degree) – Full Day
$21.30 per hour MA degree) – Full Day
Classroom Aide - High School Diploma or GED and meet state licensing minimum requirements of intern for eligibility to work in a licensed childcare center. (Any out of state credential must be submitted to Delaware First for evaluation)
Compensation - $11.75 per hour (HS/GED)
$11.94 per hour (CDA)
$12.49 per hour (AA)
