(Newark, Del.) New Castle County Head Start, Inc. (NCCHS) received a favorable Federal Monitoring Review from the Administration for Children & Families. The monitoring review team visited NCCHS in February 2018 to conduct a review of the Head Start and Early Head Start programs.
