Apply today for all NCCHS programs including the Early Head Start program for pregnant women and children ages birth to 3 years, and both the part-day and full-day Head Start programs for children ages 3 to 5 years. Please call the Administrative Office at (302) 452-1500 with any questions about the online application. After you submit your online application, you will be contacted by the center to complete your application in person.
Ages & Stages Questionnaires
This year New Castle County Head Start, Inc. will participate in the Ages & Stages Questionnaires, Third Edition (ASQ-3) with Christina, Colonial, Brandywine, and Red Clay School Districts. These questionnaires assess your child’s current skills in the areas of communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem-solving, and social-emotional to determine if your child is meeting the milestones for his/her age. The two Ages & Stages Questionnaires (ASQ) are online questionnaires that must be filled out by the parents.
